This is a gentle massage that is designed to ease tension, relax muscles and improve circulation, while using a blend of Essential Oils that are safe and gentle during pregnancy. Both Mum and baby get to find out how to relax after the first trimester and learn to balance the times awake and asleep.Positioning of different shaped pillows and cushions are used to encourage side lying and comfortable positioning during a well-earned massage.

Absolutely outstanding massage. Best I've ever had and I've had many. I was having pain and a catching in my shoulder, Bursitis and Rotator Cuff I believe. Could not more highly recommend Craig and I have! Many times! I have recommended him to so many friends and family members who have all had really positive experiences and also sing his praises. I love that the approach to remedial massage is so different to traditional remedial massage. Awesome. Different in a good way from a normal pounding massage. Felt taller and looser next day. Craig very friendly and extremely good. Going back on a regular basis. Highly recommend.
