This is a gentle massage that is designed to ease tension, relax muscles and improve circulation, while using a blend of Essential Oils that are safe and gentle during pregnancy. Both Mum and baby get to find out how to relax after the first trimester and learn to balance the times awake and asleep.Positioning of different shaped pillows and cushions are used to encourage side lying and comfortable positioning during a well-earned massage.

Well, I intentionally waited about a week after I'd seen craig and received his unique style of massage. All I can do is say - YAY. The issue with which I went to see him has disappeared, and my experience in my gym is "more relaxed". I definitely commend his work.
